            It is a declared policy of the State and of the Goldenstate College that opportunity for employment shall be opened to qualified persons.  

Goldenstate College, a private higher education institution shall promote the improvement of the economic, social and professional status of its personnel.

            In recognition of their special employment status and their special role in the promotion of education, the employment of the academic and the academic support personnel, or the teaching and non-teaching academic personnel, shall be governed by the policies and rules of the Commission on Higher Education (CHED), promulgated from time to time, in coordination with the Department of Education (DepEd), the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA), and the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE).

            Conditions of employment of non-academic and other personnel of the institution, including compensation, hours of work, security of tenure and labor relations, shall be governed by appropriate labor laws and regulations, and by institutional policies, rules and regulations. (Manual of Regulations for Private Higher Education Of 2008)

            The guideline covers the hiring and employment of qualified applicants that will be employed and distributed to the different areas where manpower if needed.  This includes hiring and employment that covers screening, selection, interview, testing, demo teaching and submission of pre-employment requirements and placement.

            The Hiring and Recruitment Guidelines shall ensure that qualified candidates will be hired and place to respective department.  This will make certain that recruitment will be able to hire and employ qualified candidates that will perform the job.

            The Goldenstate College provides standard steps/activities to be followed in the hiring and employment of qualified applicants to ensure that the College has an adequate supply of the right quantity and quality of employees at all levels and in all positions at the right time and in the right place to man the jobs that have been properly identified and described.

            Employees shall be selected on the basis of their qualifications i.e.,  education, experience, training/skills, personality, exemplary moral character, physical fitness and potential to grow and develop into efficient, dedicated and accountable employees

  • TIN/SSS/GSIS/Pag-IBIG/Philhealth                                                    
  • NBI Clearance
  • Marriage Certificate (for Married applicants)
  • Medical Certificate
  • Professional Licenses (Lawyer, Doctor, CPA, Nurse, Librarian, Engineer, Driver)
  • Four (4) pcs 2x2 pictures (with white background)
